The Pretty Ugly

The conversations no one wants to have, but everyone needs.

About The Podcast.

The Pretty Ugly is a podcast about the parts of life people don’t post about. The grief. The rebuilding. The slow, nonlinear, sometimes brutal work of healing. The moments where you don’t recognize yourself and the moments where, finally, you do.

Hosted by Melody Pacheco mental health advocate, speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of Suicide Watch Global each episode is an honest, unfiltered conversation about what it actually looks like to keep going when keeping going is hard.

This podcast was born from Melody’s own story a story of survival, breakdown, and transformation that she refused to keep quiet about. Because when someone finally says out loud what you have only ever thought in private, something shifts. That is what The Pretty Ugly is here to do.
